My hair's a little greasy from my adventures in the kitchen and there’s still some watercolour under my nails (It’s my nieces… honestly : )</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">And as I sit here all comfy and snug, looking the way I do, I cant help but wonder…</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Miss World <st1:country-region><st1:place>Malaysia</st1:place></st1:country-region>…ME??</p> <p class="MsoNormal">It’s been a really interesting past couple of months for me. <span style="mso-tab-count:1"> </span>To be honest, the whole pageant thing never came to mind. Teaching’s more my thing. So I guess I was as surprised as anyone when I was asked to join ; )</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Everything from that point on has been a little bit of a rollercoaster. And I gotta say, it’s taken some getting used to. Photo shoots, press conferences, waxing… It’s been significantly more challenging than I thought it would be. Not to mention intimidating… </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Especially the waxing.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">But it’s also been a blast. Meeting the other girls, trying on clothes, experimenting with make-up. It’s really been something that’s made me look at myself in a way I hadn’t before.
